The single-stage centrifugal pump stands out with its inclusion of a wafer coupling, positioned between the motor's output shaft and the pump shaft. Additionally, a guide bearing is mounted on the bearing seat to provide support for the pump shaft. To aid in the assembly and disassembly of the mechanical seal and its gland, a space distance is intentionally maintained between the motor's output shaft and the pump shaft. This design allows for convenient repair or replacement of the mechanical seal without the need to remove the motor and pump cover. By incorporating a wafer coupling, guide bearing, and clever spacing, the single-stage centrifugal pump streamlines maintenance procedures and enhances operational efficiency.
