The deep well water pump is an efficient tool for lifting water that operates directly alongside the motor and water pump within the water source. It boasts a straightforward structure, remarkable unit efficiency, minimal noise output, secure and dependable operation, and easy installation and maintenance processes. Remarkably versatile, it is well-suited for drawing water from deep wells, hot water sources, and even oceans. Furthermore, it excels at extracting water from rivers, reservoirs, canals, and other bodies of water. Primarily utilized for agricultural irrigation in highlands and hilly regions, it also serves as a vital water source for humans and livestock. Additionally, it finds applications in urban areas, factories, railways, mines, construction sites, and sewage drainage systems.

The working principle of deep well water pump:

To initiate the pump, it is essential to fill both the suction pipe and the pump with liquid. When the pump is activated, the impeller spins rapidly, causing the liquid within to rotate along with the blades. As a result of the centrifugal force, the liquid is propelled outward and away from the impeller. Gradually, in the diffusion chamber of the pump casing, the ejected liquid decelerates and experiences an increase in pressure. Eventually, it flows out through the outlet and into the discharge pipe. Simultaneously, as the liquid is flung around, a vacuum is created at the center of the blade, devoid of both air and liquid. The atmospheric pressure acting upon the surface of the liquid pool propels the liquid through the suction pipe, ensuring a continuous flow. Consequently, liquid is continually drawn from the liquid pool, sucked up through the suction pipe, and consistently discharged through the discharge pipe.

To ensure safety before using the electric pump, it is important to check the motor insulation resistance using a megohmmeter. The minimum acceptable value is 5 megohms. To check the insulation resistance, one end of the megohmmeter should be connected to the electric pump cable while the other end is connected to the motor casing. Then, shake the megohmmeter and observe the insulation resistance value. This step is essential to prevent any potential electrical hazards and ensure safe operation of the electric pump.

It is crucial to inspect the submersible cable thoroughly for any signs of damage, such as cracks or scratches. If there is any visible damage, replacing the cable is essential to prevent any risk of leakage. Therefore, ensuring the cable's integrity is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of the submersible and avoiding any potential hazards.

To operate the irrigation bolt, the water immersion motor must first open it and then proceed to fill it with clean water. Once the bolt is securely tightened, the motor can safely dive into the water. However, if the oil-immersed motor is discovered to be leaking oil, it is imperative to replace the sealing element before submerging it in water. By following these instructions, both types of motors can function effectively in their respective environments.

It is essential to follow some precautions before submerging the electric pump into the water. One of the most critical steps is to fill the pump with clean water before immersing it. After that, let it idle for a few seconds and then start the pump twice to see if it operates correctly. If there are any issues with the direction of the pump, then you can exchange the two-phase wiring. These steps can help ensure that the pump operates correctly and efficiently.

To ensure the lift pipe is in good condition, it is important to inspect for cracks and verify the firmness of the connection.

Warning: To prevent any damage to the cable or disconnection at the joint, it is important to refrain from pulling the cable when submerging or hoisting the electric pump.

It is crucial to ensure that the voltage supplied to the motor should not deviate by more than 5% from the rated voltage. Any excessive or insufficient voltage can result in damage to the motor. Therefore, it is imperative to control the power supply voltage within the specified limits to avoid any unwanted consequences.

It is important to make sure that the electric pump is placed in the water vertically, and not at an angle. This will ensure that it functions properly and efficiently.

It is not recommended to use the electric pump for transporting water or mud that has a high sand content. In case of flooding in the motor, it is important to regularly clean the sand present in the motor cavity and replace the clean water in the cavity.

To achieve optimal efficiency and prolong the service life of your electric pump, it's essential that the actual head of the pump falls within the range of 0.8-1 times the rated head. This helps save electricity and also prevents overloading the motor. By ensuring that the actual head is within the recommended range, you can increase the overall performance of your pump and improve its reliability. It's a simple step that can make a significant difference in the effectiveness of your pump system.

After using the electric pump, it is essential to clean it thoroughly and apply a coat of oil on its metal surface to prevent rusting. Furthermore, it should be stored in a vertical position in a dry area. In the event that the motor gets submerged in water, it is crucial to drain any clean water that may be present inside the motor.
